I think I’m doing too much.

I feel guilty for doing nothing.

I’m definitely overthinking it.

Fuck man, just enjoy the process. This is an absolute new life for me. I’ve never been single and sober at the same time. Well buckle up because we’re all in this now! I will be opening up about being single, sober and almost 40. I feel like, now in life, we can open up and share our lives like never before. I remember opening up about my sobriety and how many people reached out with so many questions. It was awesome to hear back from a lot of people and how thankful they were for me to share my story. So many have been in the same boat or known someone that is going through life and worried about their drinking. So I figured I’d keep sharing my journey of what it’s like to be an adult, sober and single. I’m very optimistic guy and always find the best in any situation. But I’d be lying if I said I was ready to move on. Breakups are tough. Especially after 5 years. But I am extremely thankful for that relationship and truly believe that they were my person for that time in my life.

I gotta say, even though I am sad, I am also very excited for the future. I’m excited to share it all with you! This newsletter has been such a blessing of creativity for me. I love sitting here, writing and reflecting about life. I love that you guys actually read these and tell me how much you enjoy them. That blows my mind but I’ll take it! So thank you for reading and thank you for telling me what you liked or didn’t like about the newsletter. Truly warms my heart! I feel like everyone should have a newsletter. I would love going through my emails sunday morning, having a cup of coffee and reading about all my friends lives. Instead im just shuffling through emails of Ads and Coupons. Some news and other community events. But it would be so cool to be filled with emails from you guys! So if you have been thinking about doing it, DO IT! Then let me know so I can subscribe! Entertainment this week

T.V. - Its a slow burn but I gotta finish it! I started on the plane ride to LA and have just watched the first 3 episodes. Now I gotta finish what I started…

Movies - I cant stop thinking about this Movie! I cant wait for it to come to streaming so I can just watch it on repeat!

Music - This playlist from Spotify has some BANGERS! It was inspired from the movie “One of Them Days” That soundtrack to that movie is AMAZING!

Now I saved this playlist but you can just type in “Feelin’ Myself” and it will make a playlist to what you normally listen too. But I loved what it complied for me and decided to save it.

Weather this week

At least the Lows are close to the 30’s. I cant wait till the low is in the 50’s! Then I’ll be truly stoked! I cant wait to bike around the city!

Sports this week

PBA, World Series of Bowling is going down this Month!

Oh yeah, and March Madness! I always think of Taco Bell during March Madness. Their campaigning worked me over!
