Notables this week

Man, I don’t know what is in the air but it was an emotional week for me. A lot of feelings going on. But all good things. I truly love being able to sit and process my feelings head on without numbing them down with alcohol. I can feel and see myself grow as a person and become a better human.

I feel like I put pressure on myself and that I’m not doing enough. In actuality, I’m doing a lot. I need to ease up on myself. Learn to be patient and just enjoy the journey. One thing I have been really proud of, is my fitness journey. I haven’t felt this great about myself in a long time and I’m going to chase this feeling. I still have a lot of work to do but I don’t mind putting in the work.

I am beyond lucky to have such a supportive community and amazing friends and family to lean on during hard times. So thank you for always being an ear and being so supportive and my best cheerleaders! You all make me want to be a better human and make me proud to be who I am! Love you guys!

Entertainment this week

T.V. - Such an amazing cast! Oh College life. I didn’t go away for college but I did visit a lot of friends at their dorms. Do not miss those days. Great memories but happy to be done with that era of life.

Movies - I need a good laugh.

Sports this week

I’d Like to see a KnicksVSTimberwolves FINALS sitch go on.

NHL I don’t have much to say but thats also coming to end.

Went to my first Cubs game of the year and it was White Sox vs Cubs. I took my buddy Nico. It was fun watching the city be excited and having fun with it. A lot of Pope Costumes! Also Simone Biles was at the game with her Hubby!
