Notables this week

So many emotions and energy going through me. I feel like I have grown a lot this year. A lot of change and healing happening in my life right now. Reflecting, Journaling and taking the time to better myself.

One thing I can say is that all the hard work I have been putting into myself is truly paying off. So if you ever feel like you’re stuck in life and unhappy with how things are going, you can change that. Consistency and discipline is THE recipe. There is no hack, no tricks or secrets, just putting in the work one day at time. It sucks getting started. Almost feels impossible. BUT its NOT. Just start slow and let that snowball turn into a huge freakin snowman. If that makes any sense. I believe in you.

Enough of the pep talk. Can we get some goddamn warmth in this city?! My god, really slowing down my hoochie Daddy short wearing beast of a summer. I know its still spring and we live in Chicago but c’mon man! Lets get with it! I think we have one more week of bullshit chilly weather and then its ON!

Oh man! We are coming to the end of Playoffs for NHL and NBA

Indiana Pacers are on FIRE. Lets see how they do tonight against the Knicks. I think New York celebrated too early. Not looking so hot now.

NHL I haven’t been really tuned in too much. But theres a game every night this week!

Cubs have been the number one asked sport to be turned on at the bar. CUBBIES HAWT RN.

Sox, childhood favorite team at the bottom of the Barrel.

Golf. I need to go to the driving range and get out on the links!

Its a REST DAY BABY!

I want to go to the Logan Square Farmers market and make that apart of my sunday morning routine. Buy some flowers and some fruit.

This is has become my favorite day of the week! And its only going to get better! Not only is it Bravo day but summer is upon us and that means I will be hanging out with my boy Ralph poolside at his place downtown and then head to beach Volleyball on North Ave.

Gotta get that tan on baby!

May 30th Friday Tumans Tap 5pm-Close

Come hangout with Joseph and I while we serve you up some cocktails and laughs! Im loving our dynamic behind the bar and the balance we give our guests. True magic! Come on in and experience it!

May 31st Saturday My Day Off

No clue yet but come on in on Monday and I’ll tell ya what I did!

Just probably workout and then bike around the city and visit homies!

Come Kick Off my Birthday Week! turning 39 this year! crazy! Definitely don’t feel like it.
